I got my Frankenlift a few days ago. Problem is, when I ordered it, it was sunny and warm. Now............. :(

In any case, hopefully next weekend it will warm up so that I can get outside and lift this pup!

Only on the parts of the island that aren't raining, although some of the rainy parts are sunny too. Lots of rainbows, red mud and potholes.

QuestMan, sucks about all that snow, good luck with the install when it's warm! Don't forget the pics!

I once plugged in a long, spliced together string of Christmas lights. It blew the power to the whole floor. I slurcked away like a thief in the night.

It could be worse: I heard horror stories about Marquette, MI getting over 36 inches this past weekend.

In any case, I just have to keep my eye on the prize. :) :)

You must be getting a lot of lake affect from Lake Michigan. It snowed, but didn't stay. I'm over by the Ann Arbor area.

It snowed. A lot. But..........it was too warm to stay. Fortunately, I live in the soutwest corner of the state. In the U.P., however, It must have been MUCH colder.

(Kind of makes me glad I live 'downstate')

I know the feeling! I moved to AZ at the beginning of the summer...my uncle told me I was an idiot. Moved back to Ohio at the beginning of winter. He says "You move to the desert at the start of summer, and back to the midwest at the beginning of winter....what are you, stupid?"

Good luck with the install!

Saturday, I picked up a new camper, in Utica, a little east of Pontiac. Between Benton Harbor and Battle Creek, I saw 8 or ten DIFFERENT accidents. Fortunately, by the time I came back (After the 'neccessary' stops at Bass Pro and Cabela's), It had melted again.
