I would assume so....but you know the saying about "a$$-u-me". But I can't imagine them changing something like the seat sliders or anything over the years. Really the only problem I forsee is that atleast my leather seats are electric so I think you would need the sliders out of the junkyard piece and the plug for the seat heater if thats an option you would like to use.

Probably. I replaced manual tracks in my '05 with power seat tracks from an '03. They bolted right into the frame. Even the seats bolted back onto the tracks without problems.

We're not the only ones, the new Ford Explorer seats feel like they came from the same place, but the cab feels far smaller and tighter than our rig and I hit my head getting in and out. I'd take our cab anytime.

I have a 05 limited with leather seats. I am 6' 1" and it is a very comfortable ride. I have electric seats and have never had to adjust them since the first day. The only complaint I have is not enough room for my left foot. I think a one legged man designed the footwells on the KJ.

 that was the first thing I noticed when I took a KJ for a test drive... it felt weird at first, but after driving my KJ for 4 years, I guess I'm used to it now. I noticed the other day that I've developed a kind of slouchy way of driving, though, sort of leaned over to center with my elbow on the console. Never used to do that with my other vehicles. Maybe I should trade off to a manual just to clean my act up a bit... 8) The seats on my sport are definitely something I had to get used to, especially on the long drives. Numb bumb takes over after about 5 hours...

The other Option would be to have a shop repad the stock seat for better comfort. Not that hard for a good shop to do. Much cheaper I would assume.

Exactly what I did with my 05 CRD leather seats this weekend. Pulled the seats, removed the leather part way, added 2" foam rubber to the seat bottom and then reassembled. Have to be careful with the heating pads, and remove some hardware to remove the leather cover, but worth the effort. It took about 4 hours for both seats. Foam rubber came from Wallyworld, cost about $5 for the amount I used. Much, much better seating. Now I have dual layer foam seats. Actually very comfortable to travel in now.

I have both a KJ and a JK... the seats in the JK are definately more comfortable. I'm not sure if its the seats or the riding position. I have taken 1000 mile + trips in both. The KJ seats seem to break down, similar to a stock motorcycle seat. I think the foam they use sucks.
The stains are covered by a TSB. They say to clean with soap and water, I haven't tried this yet.

I have an 02 and 05. Both are Limiteds, with heated leather seats. The 02 used real leather, much thicker foam padding, still look like new, don't stain easily and are still very comfortable after nearly 6 years of everyday use. The 05 seats were a pain in the butt on the way home from the dealership. Less than a year before they flattened out and had loose spots in the leatherette. Cost cutting. Those $4K rebates had to come from somewhere.
