I just took a round trip to Atlanta from Danville Va. 800 miles round trip. Filled up before leaving Danville, drove to Atlanta via 29S to I-85 to Turner Field. On open Hwy I ran speeds about 10 miles over speed limit so speeds were 70-80mph. Ran in to traffic jam about 1 hour to go 6 miles. Watch the Cubs beat the Braves . Then try to leave the Ball Park and sit in traffic about 45 min. to leave Atlanta. Then another traffic jam about 30 min to go 2 miles. Then another 50 miles to hotel and Fuel. Fuel mileage was about 25mpg. Not bad. Then comming home today 350 miles again same speeds, traffic jam North of Charlotte about 1.5 hours to go 7 miles, went through GSO to eat at Stameys and go to Cook out to get a Milk Shake. Got 26 MPG. This with the ORM and FCV mod done.

I did a nice long trip a few weeks back. Got 30.2mpg on the way back from South Carolina to Tennessee.

Danville....home of VIR! I've got to get up there for a track day sometime. I hear the track is a lot of fun.
