Hello everyone!

I accidentally got a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited...You know the story: Just looking around a car dealership daydreaming and here comes the "evil salesman"! :twisted:

Soooooooooooooo, traded in the Lincoln Town Car and got the KJ. And YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, I love the freakin' thing! Like many others on here I was searching the internet for some Liberty info and came across lostkjs.com. Great site, you all seem VERY friendly and knowledgeable!

I look forward to meeting a lot of you..... :D

Welcome and double welcome since you are from Toledo !! This is the BEST KJ site that I have found. Also great for anyone who owns a Jeep for that matter! There are a lot of helpful people on here that will show and tell you how to spend your money........wisely :wink: Ohio owners are showing up on here more and more!

Welcome to the site. Sounds like the Jeep bug was with ya when you strolled into the lot. Good choice to, a 2002 KJ should net you the better tranny and more lift.

Wow, another Ohio person. I'm starting to see more OH KJs here than IL.

Welcome to the fold, Boodie. Prepare to give up a great deal of spare time and pretty much all your spare change. You'll either spend it modding your Liberty or on gas money 4-wheeling your Liberty.

Hey, thanx for the warm wlecome! :D

It's stock as they come right now. 2002 Silver Limited KJ.

As far as mods, I would love to lift her 2.5". I've noticed most people saying to save my $$$ and get a real lift (FrakenLift, etc.) instead of just putting in spacers. Not much off-roading here in NW Ohio, but would still love a lift and some decent tires! (Who wouldn't?)

Looks like I will be traveling to hit some nice trails........Drummond Island anyone??? :shock:

Funny you say that..I'VE BEEN TRYING!!!!

Live right here in Toledo, OH.....HOME of the JEEP for God's sake...and no one wants one! :roll: .....UGH! I have my 4th Jeep and my friends drive Honda's and Suzuki's...you know who drives them (my friends) around all winter? ME!!! :D

Looks like tommudd and I will be holding up our end in NW Ohio! :-)r

If I'm still riding on spacers when you upgrade, I'll take your springs off your hands -- that is, if your 2002 Liberty is pre-lowered. I'm looking for a another half-inch up lift up front, and the older springs would give me that.

i sold my xbox 360 to buy the bustys lift hopefully will have orderd by end of next week, any one know how long it takes for shipping. o yeah im down for any trails
