A funny thing happened at work......

A co-worker came up to me a work today about, surprise, a ball joint failure on her 04' KJ.

I told her to get the dealership to kiss her booty and give her new tires (uneven wear) along with new BJ's and left lower control arm since her was fubar'ed.

She then made my day when she said "Quite parking you jeep next to mine, your's make my jeep look like a toy!"

I laughed and said "Lift it and gets some big a## tires then you won't feel so bad.

Next thing you know you walked out of the office together head over to the bar to celebrate this news...... well..

I have put a great deal of work, time, and money into lifting and moding my Jeep. I happen to be proud of it. Strange?Maybe, but aren't most jeepers strange anyway? Isn't that what the whole jeep thing is about? Individuality? Making it unique?

I thought it was funny that she would say that and it made me a little prouder of my KJ. If you don't find it amusing then my apologies for wasting your time.

No no no .. you totally got it opposite..

Don't get me wrong, it actually sounded like a scene from one of those feature films on spice channel.. I just didn't want to say it out loud, as I don't know how people would react to it.. So please don't shoot me for saying it now.

Why not ask if her and her hubby would like to go hit some trails some weekend? They can bring her KJ and jump in yours when it won't keep up. I bet her hubby would be wanting that lift real fast, then.
