I remember back when......long ago. It used to be that a person could go to a junk yard and ask for a 15" Ford rim, or what ever. No matter what type of Ford you had, if it had 15" rims it would fit. The same with the other brands.

What I want to find out is this. Is there any old style steel rims that would fit the KJ? What people want for a steel rim is just plain ridiculous. I don't want a fancy steel rim. Just a practical rim that is cheap and does the job.

Cragars are $55 a piece and $8 for each center cap. The only thing I dont like about steel rims is the fact that they weigh almost 25% more than aluminum rims..

That's a lot better. Thanks! When my rim had to be replaced of an accident the shop said they were charged $350.00. The insurance paid for it.

Just look for rims with 4.5 on 5 bolt pattern,15" steel rims or 16"-22" alloy rims.

Many of the other model Jeep wheels, Ford Ranger, other Fords, etc. will fit the KJ. there are a lot of wheels out there w/ the 4.5 on 5 bolt pattern.

That deal on the soft 8's is great!
