The fact that you can make it with Photoshop - does not mean it had to be made with Photoshop.

I remember seeing that when he posted it - probably over a year ago - he had a series of photos - they were out testing new tires or new lift - and found junk cars to play on. - that said - I can't find them, they're on site somewhere - but there are a lots of photos here.

FYI - Humptyjumped profile says he joined Mar07 - I think the photos are older than that - 06 timeframe.
