So the end of spring is finally here. I'm stating to be able to have some time off. It's nice to know I will not have to put in the 70-80hr weeks I have been working over the last 2 months.

I'm thinking a trip to Rausch is in order to celibate. I haven't been there since August. Who wants to go? I know Frank wants to get out with his new lift. Any other takers.

Jason

Probably too short of notice for me to request off. But if by some chance I am scheduled off, I would love to come. Have to wait till about Monday to know for sure.

Don't go changing it now. I put in a request today to get off next Saturday. Just have to wait and see if I get it or not. The schedule will be probably be posted on Monday ( my weeks run from Thursday to Wednesday).

P.S. If I come, can you bring the SWR meter? I still need to tune my new antenna. Thanks.

Or you could get stuck and we can all stand around and watch as you pull yourself out.
If you want someone to get stuck, we'll have to do more than the bunny trails. :) Are you bringing any guys from the JK board to this one too? A few more rigs would be nice. A few more people at work have recently purchased Jeeps. Maybe I can convince them to come as well.

So far the only rub is at the front of the front fender well in a turn, and the sway bar at full lock. very minor. And is no ware near the pinch weld. [/img]

Let us know where you're coming from and maybe we can work something out. Otherwise we usually meet at the Exxon truck stop at exit 104 on I-81 prior to going to Rausch Creek. Sometimes, those of us coming from Maryland will meet at the first rest stop on I-83 in Pennsylvannia.

By the way, my schedule should be posted when I go in this evening so I will know for sure if I got off.

Edit: The schedule is up and I'm definitely off. So I am good to go for Saturday. Just hope the weather is decent by then. Chance of rain all week.

I was going to ask the same thing. I would assume around 8ish? For those of you who haven't been there in a while, if you've read their website, they are doing a lot of clear cutting and bulldozing per state regulation so some of the trails are hard to follow if not darn near impossible. When I was there last month with Chris and Al, he took us up what we all thought was lower 3 but somehow got sorta lost and ended up at a totally different spot than we thought so we followed the cleared path back to the trailer. And the shortcut to A is completely clear cut so it's hard to tell what is supposed to be the trail and what isn't. But once you get further back into the property, things get back to normal. It's just the stuff up front that's screwed up right now.

P.S. Jason, don't forget I need to borrow the use of your SWR meter. Thanks.

SWR check.

I was thinking about 9 but we can do 8am. That just means more wheeling time.8)

The Exxon is off exit 104. It is clearly marked from I-81. I have the most recent map of the forums page. I hope that will suffice. I have only be there two times and had to leave early on both occasions :? . I have never been on the west property! This will all change soon.

This is the list as I remember. Am I forgetting someone?

EagleCRD,

I should for warn you. Get fuel BERORE you meet us! This is a truck stop but all of there diesel pumps have the larger nozzle that will not fit in your tank. Last time I was there I had to use a funnel to fuel up.

There are several stations just south of town where you can easily fuel.

EngleCRD glad your going to make it. We will use the K.I.S.S. method. I hope to stick to greens low blues. The nice thing about Rausch is there are several trails that offer both harder spots and green bypasses. We will not go down any trails that anyone is not comfortable with.

See you all at 8:00am
