For the air bag lift, I had the 2in Rustys (sold them and replaced with OME so it was a non factor) the company recommended the "The 60743 kit normally goes on a 96-02 Toyota 4 Runner." If you email them with your interior spring dimensions and how much lift you added they should be able to tell you exactly what you need.
