Well, will it? I have a newly installed 2.5 coil from Rustys. Wondering if it will safely support a new bumper without sagging or changing the ride. Anyone have any clues?

arb winchless ?

i have the arb and it did sag about 1/4" overall.

had to upgrade to ome heavy duty front springs with .75" poly spacer to compensate for the weight of the arb.

rustys front springs will sag if you add a front bumper. go ahead and get the heavy duty's from whereever you would like.

yep, should have, but i wasnt planning on buying a bumper until i got the deal on that arb.

funny how plans change.

i now have a set of heavy duty ome's sitting in the back floor board.
if there is anyone willing to help a fellow texan out on getting these installed, just let me know...

I would like to know how much lift you loose when you put those on jason.. I thought about getting some of those since my MED OME's didnt give enough lift, but I wasnt sure if the HD ome's would give any lift. I gained 1" of lift going from the OME coils to the Rustys coils..

im putting the .75" poly spacer on along with the hd springs, so it'll basically be a franky in front. springs only, i probably wouldnt gain that much since the rusty's springs have sagged about as much to equal the heighth of the hd's.

just guessing at that, i'll be sure and measure to see what i gain.

The RL front will be fine, it is very light, but we are still in prototype stage and RockLizard would have to say more.

I guess I do too good of a job R&Ding the bumper, because he keeps seeing things that he "needs to change" before the production runs
