BFG KO'S are one of the best all around trail tires you can get. I've used them for years and will swear by them. There tuff, awesome traction and not to loud. They are the number #1 tire ine desert and score racing, you won't go wrong with BFG's!!!!!!!

I have to say, compared to the stock wranglers, the BFG AT's I put on my Jeep were quite impressive. Stock size (225/75), but man do they do what the title says. We took it on All-terrains and it did as described. Did alright in the mud, but they are not a straight mud tire. Tough side-wall for rocks, grabby on most surfaces.

Beware gas-milage though. Mine tanked Immediately, the day I put them on.

Even my work truck in the arctic used BFG AT's. I would have prefered a softer tire for such cold, like the Discoverer's (cant remember what they were, just said discoverer on the side) my boss had on his truck. They were awesome. Mind you, they were also studded. But much more flex in the sidewall, since they didnt have that 3-ply tri-guard.

With either tire, the BFG or the General, take a look at the weight of the tire. In the sizes for KJ's, both tires are near the top, if not at the top, when it comes to weight. If you select a number of A/T tires on tirerack and compare the weight, you'll see what I mean. Less tire weight means less unsprung weight which equals better MPG. When doing the comparrison throw in the Revo, the GY Silent Armor and the Geolander along with the BFG and the Grabber. The weight differences are fairly substantial.
