4 Is the channel I remember everybody using back home. And at only 31, Convoy has got to be one of if not the greatest "truckin"songs...

CW McCall died recently. 1-2 yrs ago.

I remember having a CB in the late 70's to early 80's and meeting a girl on it one night. I was talking to her younger brother, who was on a walkie talkie and she heard me talking and started talking to me. Went on a date with her later on. She was good looking and was a Junior in high school ( I was a Senior).

Hate to hear about CW. I was listening to "Convoy" just this afternoon and thinking about some of the other really good truckin' songs, and general driving songs...like "East bound and down."
