isnt it incredible how the grabbers can change the look of the kj? especially when you are unlifted.

uumm...no. I have a certain amount of funds this month and they are all tied up with vacation and golf. So when the middle of September hits all buy another one for the spare. So right now I am posing with my stock Uniroyals as a spare! 8) Then the cover will go away as you command.

I've only got 20 miles on these but they seem to ride better than my stock uniroyal laredos. They only had 38000 miles on them and some decent tread left. How can this be? I thought the more aggressive tread of the AT2's would be a little more rough on the highway.

Believe me, I know. The wife gets a new car first. My KJ is the 'family' car right now. She says she gets it first because of all the money I've put in the Jeep.

Nice color!! 8)

I absolutely love this shot!!! What are those mountains we are looking at? Nice jeep, awesome tires, looking good. That looks like a day anyone of us would enjoy on the trail. just perfect scenery. I am waiting for the Von Trap Family to come dancing around the bend singing "The hills are alive....with the sound of musiccccccc." LOL ;)

How loud are yours? I had soem 255/70/16's and they were fairly loud. I ended up selling those since they were a tick to big and killed the mpg. Went down to a 245/70 Geolander and I love them.

Just got mine yesterday :D Hum slighly at lower mph, but thats it. When I was having them installed the service guy comes over:

Guy: Wow!
Me: Good wow?
Guy: Yeah, they look cool! I wouldn't go any bigger though. If you get into some gnarly stuff off road and... (motions with his hands)
Me: Flex?
Guy: yup, you might get some rubbing.
Me: (Smile) Thats o.k. I was expecting a little with the 245s.

yep, the tire place I went to, all the guys have BFG A/T's. They've never even heard of grabbers and they were all impressed. A couple still turned thier noses but most were impressed.

Are these things actually as good as they look? I know the owner of a tire store that will order them for me, but said he wouldn't put a General tire on his worst enemie's vehicle. Gave me the look that I would be making a huge mistake. He did say that if they are a brand new design, that they could be ok tires, because General realizes that everyone has been running to the tire stores to get rid of their factory installed Generals, and I haven't found a store in town that carries them.
