Has anyone had a bad experience with Rusty's shipping?

I understand they're small, and that it might take them a while to ship stuff out butttttt....

They said once they have the order set and send you the Quantum Tracking e-mail, it will be shipped immediately or at max two more business days. Well, the tracking from ups says "scheduled delivery, 08/16" and Rustys hasn't even shipped it I guess .

When I ordered mine from Rusty's,it took 2 days for the payment(credit card)to clear, and I had my kit in about 3 or 4 days .So about a week or so is all it took for me.The only problem I had was the UPS guy put it on my neighbors porch and it took me a day or 2 to realize it. May want to check with your neighbors, cause the UPS drivers are making way too much money for this kind of service.

If UPS is saying that, I'd call UPS. I don't think it's a Rusty's problem.

All it says is billling info recieved, when I search the tracking number. But, when I open the e-mail it says 8/16, so it looks like the delay is on rustys part.

I could be wrong but usually means it hasn't left the place yet. So it's sitting there waiting for UPS to pick it up. But why say it's scheduled for for delivery yesterday? Usually when it says billing info received you have to wait for UPS to pick it up and then it gives you their delivery time. Wierd...

I placed my order over the phone (for a lift) and they had it out that day. It got here in about 4 days. That is from AL to WA, which is pretty good.

Exactly what I was thinking Chetos. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully it comes in today, I need to get the lift on before I go back to school.

Call Rusty's and call UPS. I lost 4 Yankees playoff tickets a few years ago to FedEx. Billing Info Received was the FedEx status and they never showed up.

The only problems I had, were that I don't know who mis-treats the boxes, but someone should be more careful. Luckily, all the parts were there.

That's almost exactly what my box looked like, too.

If all it says is billing info recieved that means that he has printed the label through ups website but did not ship it yet. I ordered some strut plates yesterday afternoon about 4pm from rusty's. Ups says they are currently in transit should have them tomorrow. Maybe whatever you ordered he didn't have in stock? Give him a call. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from rusty's and never had a problem. Just dont like the fact that the front springs start to sag after a month.
