I just wanted to let you guys now that Rustys customer service is great! I didn't expect it to be like that but sure am glad it is. It only took a day for me to recive my replacement spring. I hope that it is the problem or I would feel bad for Rusty sending that new spring. Jeep is still leaning a little not as bad since i swapped the sides of the springs. i'll post some pictures in a little while.

Keep in mind that a low rear left can be caused by a high front right.

If you swapped the rear springs and the same side is still low, it's probably not a rear spring problem.

Well its .5 inches taller on front right passenger side from the ground to the fender. The strut in the clevis seems like its even on both sides thought. Don't know what would cause it to be higher on that side, maybe the parking lot.

I have the exact problem!!! 1/2" higher on the r/f. I dont think it's the springs. I've narrowed it down to 2 things. Either the battery being on the l/f and/or I notice they have my camber on the r/f cranked all the way in. I moved it all the way out like the l/f and bingo it was pretty level. I had to crank it back in or my aligment is all out of wack. I've been meaning to get it realigned this week, just haven't had the motivation. The shop had a problem getting it in spec after the lift. I spoke with Al (al's a-arms). He told me have them set the camber as close as they could to factory. Then set the caster and toe. He said kj's aren't as touchy to caster as per say a straight axle veh's. So getting the caster into spec isn't that important since it wont cause tire wear. Camber and toe cause tire wear. My r/f tire is getting shredded because i think the shop compromised the camber on the r/f to get the caster in. Let us know if your replacement spring fixes it. I dont think so because you said you swapped them side to side. If it does rusty's will be getting a call from me also. :D

Other than this problem and the sagging front springs, i'm happy with the lift. I got the rusty's strut plates and that fixed the sagging problem. If they sag anymore i'm getting ome hd's for the front.

Sorry to hear that you have the same problem. Since I don't have the All-Js upper arms will they be able to do my alignment normally?

I think with the Rusty's lift you should still be able to get a decent alignment. The lift isn't too drastic as compared to the sweet high lifting FrankenLift. Still probably won't get it perfect though.

Glad to hear you got some kind of customer service
I have vowed to NEVER buy from them again
They screwed up some warranty work then charged me for stuff they never shipped
when I called and asked about it they acted like they were doing me a favor because the gave me return shipping and refunded
what they charged me
I also know of at least 1 person who has a problem with his lift ,coil lift, sagging REAL bad
his 2" lift is only about a year old and his KJ is 1" or more lower than mine and my OME lift is 6 months old
now if you look at the numbers we should be about the same hight
my tires give me about 1/2" more lift and my lift is ~1/4" lower
but his KJ looks WAYYYYYYYYY lower than mine
I should have some pics on Sunday as we will be trying to "fix" his lift

Nice! :D So whats the chance the alignment will fix my leaning problem?
I assume the problem is not in the back because I swapped the springs from right to left and still get the same lean. I'll do a clevis lift this weekend cause I want to get rid off the front rake and maybe that will fix something. I really can't figure out what could cause it to lean.
myjeepwalks - let me know if you figure out how to fix this crazy lean and thanks for your input and thanks for all you other guys that suggested your ideas. Please keep ideas coming I would love to figure this out.

The place that did my alignment had no problems aligning the front end and I have two conduit nuts. :)

The franken lift is a good 1in to 1.5inchs taller than the rustys lift on the front.

Ok got my alignment redone today. booty wipe service writer at firestone wants to give me a hard time saying my shredding front tires is from worn out suspension. I told him uh the entire suspension is new. Then the tech gets the specs up on the screen and what do you know its all red. Positive camber and major toe in all over the place!!! Service advisor then wants to argue saying my tire wear still isn't from the alignment, tires are now out of balance. I'm like wtf what ever dude then he starts rambling i've been doing this for 20years. Yeah so i've been doing it for 10years what's your point. If i had access to an alignment rack i'd do it myself. Anyway he leaves and the tech starts making adjustments. He got every thing in spec and took it for a ride. He then comes back and puts back on the rack, says it was pulling and he wasnt happy with it. He redid the whole darn alignment again!! Service writer was pissed!!! I hooked the tech up with a $25 tip. He was happy. Didn't have to pay for the alignment either. Then the service writer tried telling me the lifetime alignment only covers setting toe? WTF? I said i dont think so!

Still sits 1/2" higher in the r/f!!! :x

Could it be possible that the left-rear shock is blown, causing it to sag there?

No its been like this since i put the lift on with brand new ome shock and struts. Also a blown shock wont affect ride height.

I've probably installed over 10 lifts on KJs and they all lean a little to the driver's side. Usually about 1/4-3/8"

i know this may be a dumb question but did you check that the fork at the bottom of the strut is all the way up on the strut on both sides? not sure if it is a fork or a clevis, i am refering to the part that straddles the cv axle.

Sorry for the late response but yeah I checked it and its all good. I have conduit nuts there so it has to sit the same on both sides.
