It doesn't. It's lifting the front by using a longer clevis fork with the oem struts.

I'm pretty sure someone here (maybe more than one person) is running this lift. I have also heard complaints of shoddy customer support from Rock Krawler. There was a lot of buzz on these forums and then the buzz died. I don't recall the final verdict on this lift, but 3.5" is a lot of lift for a KJ. I'd like to see those CV angles. I also wonder about UBJ contact with the front springs. Does anyone have some tech photos of this lift installed?

Harmonically tuned springs?
The front forks were eating CV boots, and they wouldn't work at all on the CRDs. Things that weren't mentioned or not researched by the company.
This company brought out 2 kits, neither was well received here.

That lift will not work on a crd since the cradle was moved to one side causing the cv to hit the clevis fork. It should work fine on a gasser though.

Did you see the price on that thing? It looks a little shaddy, the year the lift fits says 01-06.

There is an old saying, "If a deal seems too good to be true it probably is". That is one of the great things about this forum. It's like a family, yes they will tease and play like an older sibling would. But they will not tell you wrong. The main thing is all want for you to have as much fun with your KJ as anyone wants. But if your making a mistake they will let you know and normally bring in some one else why tried the same thing an had great regrets. This may not have answered your question, but I think you were looking for advise and I think you got a lot from this thread. Good Luck. 8)

RK has tried to get this lift and the Drop Cradle lift to us for the KJs. I applaud them for thinking about the Liberty, but they are not quite right  when it comes to the application. . Don't even try to talk with them over the phone...they know even less :!:

I read nothing but bad stories about this company.

Love how it says: Limited lifetime warranty. Good luck with that!!

There's a thread somewhere about a guy with a crd who bought it. Dont know if he ever got his money back or not. But if i remember correctly they told him he installed it wrong. He had all kinds of problems with it.
