extended bump stops where do i find these? thanks for the help by the way!
so I could do 285/75/R16?? its just gona be alot of triming, wheel spacers with a 2.5" lift... most likely gona have to put up with some rubing off road?
You get some from AllJ's or make some of your own with hockey pucks.
As far as the 285/75's,they won't fit unless you do massive trimming(ie-taking off the front flares, front bumber, rear flares, and such),more then you want to do,it'll ruin your KJ.Stick with tires no taller then 32"(265/75 and 235/85),your going to have to up the lift past 2.5" also with a clevis lift(look in the tech section for that) and extra upper spring isolators in the rear.Plus when offroading the front diff will be more prone to explode with 33" tires(285/75's),you'll need at least 4"-5" of total lift to fit 285/75's and be very, very easy with the skinny pedal.Don't forget also your diff gears are 3.73's,I'm dogging real bad with 265/75's with 4.10's,285/75's with stock 3.73's would be awful, not to mention death to the tranny since you can't regear any lower then 4.10's(should be running 4.56's with 33" tires in a KJ).
