Usaully meet up by noon at Perkins Tower, BS for a bit, head down for lunch. Then anyone that wants can head up with JeepDawg for some offroadin.

I think I'm down if it is the 21st. How far ido you thinks it is from LOng Island? How do get the toy is it something we get. This sound lokie a great time. I a newibe and it is a good chance to meet some of you.

We have set a date of the 28th. It's an easy ride from LI. I'll actually be coming from Queens myself. Right over the Whitestone or the Throg's, straight up the Thruway. About 50 miles from the bridges. We could meet up at one of the bridges or just over if you'd like.

since jon is now in jersey, i cannot hook up with him in queens, i will most likely be riding from long island.
how about we all meet at somewhere on LIE? and drive up to Chris (Catcher123), and meet up with him, and convoy up.

Sounds good to me. We can meet in the Dunkin Donuts just over the Whitestone Bridge or at another location if u are coming over the Throg's.

I haven't heard from Newman in quite some time

as for me not sure that's why I haven't posted yet, I'll just be getting back from vacation, funds will be tight so I don't know, to be safe I'll say no now but things may change

Not sure if I asked this before but are we bringing any unwraped toys?
and what are we doing to do with em?

OH YEA FYI, if we end up taking a trip to twin arch after wards, I will need to drop off my LIL man to my parents house. (we will pass rite by it on the way to twin arch). no more than 3 mins out of the way. 1 MIN to drive to the house and 2 mins to unload my LIL MAN.
I will have my parents on stand by. LOL just incase we decide to take a ride.

We usually bring an inexpensive (under $15-$20 or so) toy or two, each. Unwrapped. I usually go to like a Target or a Wal Mart and pick up like a car set or a doll set or the like. One of us, probl me, will collect them and turn them over to the local Marines. We do a TfT at the airport so I will drop them off with them if it's ok with you guys.

I hear Chris opened a toy store! :lol:

Last time I just stopped by Toys R Us and picked up sand-play set for the kids and i forgot the other thing, I think it was light weight plastic baseball bat and ball. Purpose is to just get something for the kids they can enjoy, don't have to be incredibly expensive.

Chris, you gotta make room in the cargo area, we got more ppl this year!
