There a 2 piece double internal bead(uses a internal rubber piece similar to staun beadlocks) lock alloy rim that is DOT approved.
Full specs and such here--http://www.rockmonsterwheels.com/new398.htm

Oh and bring a deep pocket book, they start at about $450 apiece(and worth every penny).

Well if you wanna go exotic, we could always go for the Fikse FM5

Of course those would be 18x8 and 18x10 on my twin turbocharged 468ci TurboCoupe and wouldn't see any sort of inclement weather, let alone mud and logs and rocks and stuff that knocks the paint off my factory KJ steelies

Not quite the same, those Fikse rims looks nice but are useless on a Jeep. The RockMonster rims are designed for extreme offroading and have a internal bouble beadlock, very useful offroad. Not exotic just pricy due to the double beadlock and DOT approval.

Because of the 2 piece design and the added material for strength would be a clearance issues with the brakes, those rims wiegh like 65+lbs each.

I know they'd be useless on a Jeep...that's why I said they'd go on a ridiculous TurboCoupe;)

Factory or cheap steel wheels are all I'll ever put on anything that sees any sort of inclement weather after I found out what a PITA it was to keep my MT Classic I's (back before they had that stupid fake beadlock) looking decent
