We want to paint something on a tire cover for our vehicle and we were wondering if anyone knows what type of paint to use? We don't want to have it airbrushed as it's an easy design and something we can probably do ourselves. And also, what would you seal it with?

Thanks!!!

Auto Zone and Advance Auto sell an upholstery paint. I used it on the inside of my vinyl doors on my YJ. It's for vinyl, plastic, and fabrics. I'm thinking that might be your best option. I'm not sure how long it will last exposed to mother nature, but it's probably better than any type of craft paint or regular paint. I don't recall who makes it, but it's in the paint isle at Auto Zone.

Sky: was that like indoor black flat paint, or outdoor paint? And did you seal it with anything? I would use the auto paint, but I'm gonna guess that it wouldn't come in the colors I want. I need a pretty versatile color palate.
