A good cleaner wax would be good for you Skipperb.

Meguiars makes one of the oldest and most popular cleaner waxes. You can find it at walmart. :)

I prefer Mothers original cleaner / carnuba wax. It comes in a red tin.

When you apply the wax there will be a nice sweet smell instead of the regular car soap smell. :D

Was at the car dealer and they had a dude waxing there cars.
I told him about me using the car wash . he went nuts and said he could Simonize it for 50.00 we talked and he spent 45 minutes on it for 30.00
I guess hand buffing does make a difference. Wont wax for a year now.
It does not have any small swirls from his buffer he did a decent job.
