Did you know that the owners manual was available in PDF from the Jeep.com web site? Go to the "owners" section and look for "manuals". I also note that in a search for "diesel" they never suggest opening the bleeder during a reprime. They only suggest pumping the plunger then cranking the engine for 10 seconds. If it starts, idles rough then stops, pump it again and start over.
