Chris, I think I will be heading up directly via Palisades. So you can go straight to the tower.

If anyone will join me, let me know, otherwise I will be taking 495 to cross island, to cross bronx, then head straight up palisades.

Hope you don't get cought up into too much traffic on the cross Bronx and cross island. I know both roads could be pretty SCREWED up some times. I hate driving on the both of them.

That's the way I always come home after I go to the city by car. Oh, I take the Taconic in to avoid the George tie ups.

will play it by the ear, either way I have to hit cross island to cross bronx, if it is locked up, i will just take anything i can to north, but saturday morning at 9am, I don't think it will be that heavy.. let's see.

I avoided the Cross Bronx liked the plague when I lived in the city. Going over the Triboro onto the Harlem River up to the George would probably be smoother mainly because there are no trucks allowed on the Harlem River Drive.
