If it works like a musclecar's does, I'd say more horsepower at the expense of MPGs. Also may make your emissions go up.

It won't do anything you would notice........even if the TB is larger the hole in the intake will still be the same size. I had a larger TB than stock on my WS6 TransAm and gain all of 2hp according to back to back dyno runs and lost some of my idle quality in the prosses. Baiscly it take alot of other changes to need a larger TB on most motors. Manufacters usually put bigger TBs on than are needed most of the time anymore.......I've seen 600hp LS1s still runnung their stock TBs ,on the LS1 the stock 75mm TB is rated at like 1200-1300 CFM (thats flowing alot of air  ) and now the new LS2s are running 90mm TBs on them  .

I'll agree with everyone else here almost. On my '89 Mustang a TB change from the stock 60mm is good for 5RWHP, but that car needs all the air it can get through it's poorly designed intake. Getting more air into any motor will produce more Horsepower (i.e. superchargers, turbos, etc.) Going bigger is better to a point: Better MPG, More PEAK HP. However, an issue develops when your engine can't pull enough air (port velocity) at lower RPM's. This then reduces your throttle response for 'off the line' performace and in town cruising. Now, I don't know the OEM size of the 3.7L throttle body or flow rates of the TB & intake, so I don't want to say how much you would lose (AVERAGE) and gain (PEAK.) Surely you won't notice very much of a difference on the street or trails (Since you don't run your Jeep in the 1/4) I'd say save your money....
