There is not an AT tire on the market that doesnt do that. Some are better than others but I would say the difference is negligible.
I have heard from a few family members that their vatiiva at's wore quickly...but its possible they were out of alignment or didnt rotate...etc.etc... They are great in the snow though....and if they had a better/more agressive looking sidewall/shoulder lugs they would sell a lot more of them.
