Not a bad looking Jeep, but the next SUV I buy for off-roading (or any use, really) is going to have a V8. No more of this lack of power, business 8)

They really are starting to "grow" on me! I was looking at one very similar at the stealership yeaturday here in canada and they wanted $39,000.00 plus tax. HAHA yeah right! I still don't undersatnd why we are paying 10k more then you guys down south. Looks like my 03' KJ will have to last until prices change!
I really think the KK will look good with a 3" lift!(never thought i'd say that)

** Oh and the kk i was looking at wasnt even fully loaded! :?

For some time I have maintained (just my taste) they needed 2 toned. I stand corrected that BLACK KK is just down right beautiful. They are right they are a BIATCH to keep clean. I seem to have heard some time back of a special wax that put some sort of acrylic coating to give further protction. Thats another thing about black every little scratch and nick are like a big fever blister they just stand out. But for now it is a black beauty, can't wait to see what mods you come up with.

Amen. When it's clean, black is beautiful. But that's also when the pin striping is the most obvious, so after your first trip through the brush being clean or dirty is a Catch 22.

Now that has to be the best looking KK i've seen. As far as color options...I haven't been really into the other ones I've seen on here. The Green looks good...but the black limited...looks great. Have fun!

is that a Limited? I would think that is a black Sport. Doesn't the Limited have a lot of chrome on it? grille, door handles, body side molding, or is that part of a Limited order package? Also, wouldn't it have the Limited badging?

It's a Sport. If you couldn't tell by the lack of chrome, just look at the wheels.

My mistake...it is a sport...after taking a closer look at the photos again. The wheels would be the dead give away...

I guess I like the sport better...

Its a sport, I actually like the wheels a lot, and I opted for the sport b/c personally I don't like all the chrome. I just wish they put wider tires on the 16" rims. The 225 width makes it look like I'm riding on 4 spare tires. That mght be bc I'm so used to looking at the 32's on the KJ I had. But thats soon going to change b/c I'm gonna be putting 20" chrome wheels on it. I know, I know, let the bashing begin. But I learned with lifting my other KJ that I don't rock crawl...........I only beach crawl, so 20's is a better option than lifting my new KK. And 20's will still leave a nice tire, without having to ride on rubber-bands.

It is my solemn duty and obligation as a fellow Jeep owner to try to convince you not to install 20" rims. By installing 20" rims, your KK will inevitably join the ranks of SUVs like these:

Dare I post this next picture? *shudder*

How can you go from owning a KJ on 32" tires to a KK on 20" rims? It's your Jeep--do what you will.

I wouldn't do something like what's in those pictures to my Jeep. That's a bit extreme. And while I'll gladly take a lift kit and tow hooks over bigger rims and gold accents, I can understand going the "street" route with styling and upgrades. Not everyone is buying Jeeps for offroading. And let's face it: even the guys who do the most offroading with their Jeeps still probably spend even more time on paved surfaces.

As bad as those Jeeps and Hummers look, it's not all that much worse than the person who buys a bunch of offroad gear for their Jeep and never takes it off the highway or gets a little mud on it.
