i have the chance to get some nice meats for cheap. i have 2.5 inches of lift on a 03 so its not prelowered. will they fit on my libby. i dont mind having to do some trimming or needing to get spacers. the tires are 255/70 dueler A/T's.

If they are 16's, 255/70s are only about a little over 0.5 " taller than stock you shouldn't rub at all.

If they are 255-70 X16s then they should work no problem. You stated 32 inch tire though so I am confused as the 255-70s are about 30.2 or so. Are you sure about the size? They may rub the pinch weld not sure what lift you have and also may rub some on the sway bar on tight turns. I have them on Moabs and no problems at all

They would be about an inch taller than stock if yours came with 235-70s, not a 1/2 inch

so does he have the wheels as well or do you have to buy them? I think you maybe opening a big old can of worms with that one, a 235-85X16 is 31.8 and really fills up the fenders and they would be a bit more narrow than what you want to put on plus if you have to buy rims , gonna be pricey for sure :? :? :?

Not sure if anyone is running that large of a tire with just a 2.5" lift. The 235/85 and 265/75 are both a bit under 32 (31.8 ish) which are the largest I know of that people run with the 2.5" lift, and they require major trimming, and possible relocation of the washer resevoir bottle. Also consider what the back spacing is on the new rim, and where that will put those big meats at.

I thought he was running 245-75X16s maybe wrong but what I was trying to say was maybe some one can and does run a 32 inch tire but the width of the tire comes into play due to the design of the fenders, also backspacing of the wheels you choose. Almost anything is possible I know tjkj2002 runs I think its a 32 inch but with 7 inch rims and correct backspacing and more narrow than what you are buying. Just be prepared to take out the inner fenders, cut , bend and drive it like its not yours!

OK I dont read well just noticed you have the 18 inch Foose wheels, so whats the backspacing on them and the width? It will make a huge difference in how the tire sits in the wheel well

i run a 32" tire on 16" rim, and you'll have to do some trimming.

you can run that size tire, but it sure is big.

I have 32" or 265/75/16 coopers and you will have to do some trimming.
If you ever trade it might not be worth it 245/75/16 look just as good and not half the hassle

Is anyone running 32's with a frankenlift and ARB Front bumper. Does the ARB up front reduce the need to trim?

The ARB reduces the amount a bunch! Most of the rubbing is in the front so all of that is gone with the ARB! Still may have some pinch weld/ sway bar if tightly turned but otherwise ...good

it reduced the amount of trimming on mine with the arb due to me removing the entire fender flare on the front.

the pinch weld will have to be dealt with if you want to run a 32" tire, for sure.

Do not grind - that weld is part of the body structure - bend it - it'll keep most of the strength.
