Yep, finally a shop that deals with the customer as if each one is their only one!!!!!

And best of all, he is one of our own!!!! So I guess I shouldn't be so surprised... and maybe I am a bit too critical of customer service sometimes, but some of the old timers have heard my bad problems with a certain vender...

Anyway back on track...

Jeepin' by Al!! He is awesome!!!! Appearently moog has 2 different ball joints with the K3199 designation, sounds like my rear locker from that other guy....well, Al went through about 50 to find me the greasable ones I wanted!! Then he went the extra mile and is shipping it out next day so I can do the repair this Saturday so I can go on a run with the Rockies gang on the 6th and have to work on the 5th!!!

Al you are awesome!!

Gang, if you need parts for your KJ, call Jeepin' by Al!! He even beat all the local shops on the price of the ball joints by $20 each!!!

Again Al you are the best!!!!

Ted

Thanks for the info Ted. I'll make sure to order my ball joints from him when I need to.
