ok... so the question has been brought up tonite by a co-worker and so has the consequences of said question. Why neon pink? You know what people are going to think, dont you? out of the 230 people sa far that have glanced in at this thread i know the second question or the answer to that question has been in many of those heads. i REALLY want this jeep to stand out as you all can tell. but aside from that, i wanted it to reflect a little bit about me as the owner, and really push a boundary. most male kj owners that ive seen in person, met on this forum, or heard of want their kj to go from cute to manly, and theres not a thing wrong with that. however, i wanted to keep some level of "cute" in it after the lift and bigger tires are said and done. i also want to retain that "different" and "sporty" flair as well. in comes the neon pink. it keeps cute in the mix, clashes all night long with the blue and black, and pushes a boundary that i think no male kj owner has pushed or was willing to, making it very different.
the "people are going to think things about you" part: i think so many guys want to do something like put a neon pink sticker on their jeep, but they dont. because society says its not right, pink is a girls color. so they dont do it. my response to the "people are going to say things/ think things about you" is the day we stop trying to impress people who do nothing for us, who we dont know, who we may not even like is the day we get people who do things THEIR way instead of societys way. i press forward with teh hot pink
