Diesel and gas has hit the £1 barier a liter in the uk and went beyond to £1.07 that's $8.90 a Gallon.
That VW Passat blue motion doing over 60 MPG is looking more atractive by the day.

Man that is horrible... We will all be back to riding bicycles if we can't figure out a way to invent "perpetual energy" [sarcasm]

I try not to complain about the price of gas these days because I know there's someone who's paying more. But my gosh does it hurt the bank account everytime the 2-gallon warning light comes on. That light is now refered to at the $50.00 dollar light.

Amen to that. Broke college kid with a 60+ mile commute EVERY day to school. Now I'm asking myself why I lifted my KJ... :roll:

It's hard to conserve money and gas at the same time. Thats why I've began search for an older VW 1.6NA diesel Rabbit. Gut that sucker and get over 50MPG.... :lol:

It's not that bad here yet but I'm paying $3.69 a gallon for diesel to feed my power stroke

If it ever does, it will cost $22.63 per gallon in the UK. $410 per tank :shock:
