Hello everyone,

Well my wife and I are looking for new tires for the liberty and checked what the factory size was and found they were 235/65/17.
Ok the size is a bit odd but, hey I'll just look for a new tire right, WRONG!!!
The tire we want is the BFG A/T KO but, it is not made in this size, so the search continued.
I checked around (tirerack etc...) for the factory wheel size and it doesn,t appear any were.
The Liberty is a 2003 Rocky Mountian Edition and I have checked every year and model and none list this wheel and tire size.

Has anybody had a Liberty with this size.
We don't really want to buy new wheels but, if we have to fine.

Christopher

245/65/17 should work. Check the tire thread.

these from TireRack fit yours and mine! I am thinking about the Yokohama Geolander AT/S but those Fuzions look good too and I can pick them up locally. For a more All Season tire you could try the Firestone Destination LE. The 235 is 29.5" OD compared to the others that run 29.1" or 29.2". I run these on my work van and they still look brand new after about a year, not sure on the total miles but I can find out. Some reviews show them as wearing out at about 25k. Probably depends on the vehicle and rotation, etc.

I have the BFG A/T KO which is a e rated tire in the 16" size,I like the tire but it somewhat noisey compared to my old wrangler HP'S,check for the bridgestone revo's in the 17" size..

Revo's don't come in either the 235 or 245/65r17. was on my radar until I looked for them.

I have been happy with my Geolanders since I put them on. They are not noisy at all, but the tread is aggressive enough to handle occasional off-road terrain.
