I think it goes in cycles. I`ve noticed there will be alot of activity at times and then there will be periods where it lulls. So it all balances out. It`s when it`s at it`s quietest we need to make some noise. :p

Ok, some noise.

I know this horse has been beat to death over in the performance section, but I'd appreciate the opinion of some people I actually know and that know libertys. I'm not concerned with resolving a conflict. I am interested in the real world experiences of jeepers I know and trust.

I'm considering the drop-in K&N filter and then smoothing out the intake piping. Then adding a TBS and a Flowmaster,, maybe a freeflow cat.

I want more power(I know the power is more toward he high end than at offroad speeds) and better gas mileage as well as a meaner sounding jeep.

So what do you think?

George

I don't know, I have been seeing quite a bit of activity lately. As for the 'Lifetime Member' section, it really isn't that active so if you think the posts have slowed down it may just be a regular lull (kinda like the '6-minute lull' in most conversations).

I went for the K&N FIPK, a Magnaflow cat-back, and a TBS. Gave it a bit more pep, helped the mileage a bit, and made way too much noise. Threw out the TBS, didn't change the mileage, and got rid of the annoying screeching noise when accelerating.

I'm thinking of a K @ N Filter also, thanks for the tip on the TBS, I won't waste my money. Joe
