I'm pretty sure that they moved the front diff and fender forward as those 35s" fit in the wheel wells with plenty of room near the pinch weld and the bumper.

The Grand Cherokee's have a steel cased Chrysler Corp front diff.

If said diff would be stronger than the stock KJ diff, how can we change ours ? :D

Just to make it more rugged for offroading!

Finding more info than this is like finding feet on a snake. I've been looking for that info for awhile. Maybe contacting Superlift? I hear they will sell us the knuckles for $2500  perhaps they will give up the diff info for less...

I was trying to find out the same info a year or so ago, and didn't get too far. As I began looking into the prices for the knuckles, and possibly new lower arms, all of a sudden doing a SFA swap was seeming more realistic. Now I just don't know.... It seems like we should be able to find knuckles that would work from a vehicle that is already in production...?

last thing I heard Skyjacker still had it, Jeep gave it to them. One of the PR guys posted on here for a while back a year or so ago.

It was at camp jeep this last year. DCX has it. No VIN on it though, so it will eventually get crushed. There was a beautiful dakota a couple years ago built for SEMA that was 60's front and rear that got crushed cause of no VIN. its sad...
