they're much quieter than the MT/R's, which suprised me.

BAD stupid!!! Those tires really set the KJ off, So how much of a power loss did you notice compared to the 245's?

Those tires make that rig look meaner than you know what. WOW.

Ditto on the wheel weights.

Ditto on 'where did you get those rails?'

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I am painting the tire weights and old spots that werent painted tomorrow. I hate the look of it too, but It will be gone soon.

The exact name of the tires are " Green Diamond Icelander M/T's"

The rock rails I got from a guy on Ebay. They were custom made for him by, well, I dont know. But they are not hardcore rock rails since they dont attach to the pinch weld. However they are good in that they can be facing up (shown) to provide some body protection, or down to act as a step.

Power loss was IMO minimal. Fuel economy is definately affected, but not as much as i imagined, est. about 1-1.5 MPG loss.

However I am at stock 3.73's and will be changing to something lower when money allows. maybe 3.91's or 4.10's....

Those tires look great! Definately an agressive look. You'll have to let us know how they handle on the trail, plus snow and rain.

yeah let us know how they do on the trails i was wondering if the Green Diamond would help or if there reg tires with out the "diamonds" would be better. i think they might be slicker on rocks ?? but the tires look great cant wait to get mine. you cant beat them for the money thats for sure :!:

That looks great! Gotta love the black!

If they didn't try it, you may want to rotate the left front tire on the rim to cut down on the weights. I don't understand why more tire manufacturers don't use a mark to line their tires up with the stem to offer the best balance positioning.

well I can tell you one thing is that they handle the soft, ultra fine sand much better than the MT/R's. Another suprise to me.

now that took alot of weights to balance....how come? just due to the size? How heavy are those tires? Your rig looks sweet btw....very cool.

I was thinking the same thing. they are computer balanced before leaving. This place did not balance them using weights on the inside.

they weigh 47 LBS a peice. 3 LBS lighter than MT/R's
