I can't find any wheel spacers for the '08KK on market or the bolt pattern size for my 17" Victory Jeep wheels, I had wheel spacers on my '03 libby and they worked great with my lift then too? Any takers out there to guide me in right direction? TIA
Matt

Have you checked with SpiderTrax? I have them with my 17" rims. Don't know if the 05 and the 08 are the same pattern or not.

IIRC the KK, WK, XK, JK are all the same bolt pattern, so any spacers for the JK should work fine with the KK.

I got KK wheel spacers now but now that I have them I think they will push my 245/70 Revo's on Victory Factory 17's out too far, I think I may have made an error in judgement, don't want to spend the money to have them installed and then see my tires out further than intended. Your thought friends would be most appreciated, thank you. :?

Well I thought about doing that but acording to the directions the rotors have to be removed which does not make sense to me because the spacers on my KJ slid onto axle and extended bolts just used for wheel, is that not corract, I don't remember the rotors having to be removed to put a spacer on??

I think some one has their head up their stupid.... All you should have to do is place the spacer over the lugs on the rotor, install the nuts over the old lugs and reinstall the wheel using the lugs on the spacer

I think the reason they say to remove the rotor is because they have extended studs in the kit right? Replacing studs with the break dust shield on, you would have to remove the rotor and move the caliper out of the way. I havn't been under the KK much but if you can get the dust shield off you can hammer out and replace one stud at a time. Thats about the only whay I can think of without removing the break system. Heck if you lived near me I would say bring it by. Wouldn't take too long to switch studs. Me personally, I don't like the idea of extended studs.

I completely agree w/you. These are how the directions read on that issue, it says verbatim..

1. Remove tire as per Jeep Service Manual procedure. Remove drum/rotor retainer clips if present.
2. Apply thread lock to OEM wheel studs using provided Loctite 271 and assemble spacer to drum/rotor face. Orient lug nut so tapered surface on spacer. Have another person apply brakes to prevent drum/rotor from spinning. Tighten lug nuts in criss cross pattern to80-90 ft-lb. Double check this torqueafter driving 50 miles.
3. Re-assemble tire to Wheel Spacerusing existing lug nuts.Tighten lug nuts in criss-cross pattern to 80-90 ft-lbs.

These directions just sound odd and confusing, I thought the spacer just slid on, I dont get why you need to remove the rotors to put on a wheel spacer. And the other thing is the guy at spidertrax said the correct spacer is #WHS-200 yet the spacers I have , have the number #WHS-103 on them but the order ticket says #WHS-200. I don't think they are the correct ones, I'm calling them tomorrow to get this straightend out..

Yeah, but why would remove the caliper and rotor when the spacer goes in front of the caliper not behind it? And what do you mean by Brake Dust Shield, I don't have any shield that I am aware of, I can look through my 5 spokes and see everything? I'm not exactly mechanically technically blessed unfortunately. Also I'm in agreement with you about the extended bolts being the only thing the wheel rides on seems not to be strong enough to support a 4500 lb. vehicle, plus the pounding you do off roading. It would seem like too much stress for prefab studs in the spacer. Is this what the rim will be solely supported by if installed ?

If you look from underneath your Jeep behind the wheel you'll see the caliper and the break dust shield. I will completely cover the rotor. If you remove the caliper and place it out of the way there will be a open space in the shield that you can see the rotor through it. You then take a hammer and hit the wheel studs out through that opening. The wheel studs hold on the rotor so if you hammer them out the rotor is unsupported. Might as well take it off from the start... it literally only a couple mins to undo the 2 caliper bracket bolts and pull the rotor off. It will also give you more room to work but as you agreed spacers with extended studs like that are not a good idea for off roading since the added length applys more torque on the studs. Kits like this are a safer bet:

those are acutally wheel adapters but they do make spacers in that style.
