The reason I like the cloth too, is because it has a texture similar to dupont stainmaster, so for spills you can wipe off very easily without it seeping into seat, plus is tightly woven against my german shepherd claws, the leather seating surfaces left imprints of my King's claws so that is another reason I went to cloth, so it definitely can go either way, I agree the all mighty american currency isn't worth anything anymore, it goes down every down it seems.
