I am looking to paint my stock wheels black instead of paying for a whole new set and was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice?? anything will help. thanks

i am planning on doing them this weekend, i am wondering if the sanding is absolutely neccesary?? i was planning on useing just self etching primer then 2-3 coats of wheel paint then a coat or two of clear coat,

yeah i just lightly sanded mine and it worked out great.
