Dennis is sending me his struts for testing. I should have them the end of this week.

I will run tests and try to have a fix next week.

Just trying to keep up on the lift as I am going to have to do something to the Jeep here in the next year or so. My Rusty's spring lift has started to develop some sag in the drivers side rear and would like to upgrade to something bigger. Dont think I can afford an SFA unless I build everything myself and I am just not that talented

I tested the factory springs today. They were 350# springs, we made adjustments to the strut to give the same force (ride height) I am sending out test struts to Dennis Friday. Tokyojoe, I have more springs on order for your test struts. I will ship the struts assembled to Martin ASAP!

Sorry, yes I did get them. Don't remember when, I think last Friday, but can't remember. Life has been a little hectic around here. We compared them to the 450lb strut assemblies, and they are definately different, so I think they should work. Now to just figure out when it can get done.

I couldn't, I had 32's on with a bit of trimming, and pinch weld smashed flat.

Joe,

Are you talking about going from stock or having to do even more from a 2.5" lift pounding of pinch weld and some work on the front fender well?

So has a test monkey stepped forward for the CRD yet? I don't see how you are going to get that front drivers CV to work... but I am open for suggestions.

Question to those using the 4" kit, how come we're not hearing any testamonials from you on this kit :?: I thought as test subjects, you would be reporting and posting pics of the off-road performance of this kit. All I've seen thus far is a few poser pics, and virtually no off-road reports or pics of how this kit handles off-road or on the street for that matter. I'm sure potential customers would be interested in knowing something more about it before plunking down $3,000.00 plus of hard earned cash.

Did I miss something? Can't you run 32's with the common lifts out there with trimming & pinch weld smashing? I admit I may have missed something in the 6 pages of info, but I think that this post says that with the 4" lift you still have to trim & pound for 32's.
