Joshua, have you measured the actual amount of lift you have obtained front and rear?
Why only 1.25" in the rear? You would think that the amount of lift would be simply equal to the thickness of the spacers.
The geometrics at the front are less straightforward. What is the thickness of the spacer in the front struts?

If I understand it - the 1.25" lift in the rear compensates for the fact that the rear was up higher than the front stock, so essentially levels the jeep now. The front spacer inside the strut measures 1-1/8". The 4 smaller spacers on the top (OTT) are about 3/8". The rear spacer is just that - 1.25".

The measured increase front is right at the advertised 2" and the increase in the rear was just a tad over 1.25". My garage is not completely level so those measurements are not perfect.

Thanks for the very clear info. This helps my decision to buy the KK as soon as it comes available here in France. (But it will be the CRD version!)

For the very prudent among us, it seems an option to install in the front only the Revtek in-strut spacer and to forget the OTT spacers. This should produce some 1.5" of lift upfront (as in the rear) and certainly avoid the need for longer bumpstops.

I am amazed and very pleased to hear that the KK with this modest lift accepts 265/75-16's. You are absolutely sure that you have the 75-series tire and not the 265/70?

As far as I can see on the pic's the infamous pinchweld of the KJ is gone. I would like to know if rubbing arises when this KK is taken offroad.
It means that also 235/85-16's are possible, and that 245/75-16 should be a piece of cake for the KK. Maybe an unlifted KK would already accept these.

I absolutely have the 265/75 series (31.65" tall). The 70 series would have been my next choice if the 75's didnt fit. We did a test fit at Discount Tire. As for not using the OTT spacers - that would certainly be an option, but again - with only 3/8" OTT, I believe extended bumpstops are unnecessary. I would imagine that without the small OTT spacers, there would be more issues with rubbing.

And yes, the pinchweld is indeed gone.

Thanks. I note that not all 265/75-16 are equal. Yours are relatively "small" at 31.65".
BFG MT's are 31.9" and Coopers SST's are 32" in this size!

Nice KK...you'll like the silent armors. They are great all around tires and not too much for on-road driving.

Jeepends - just curious, can you measure the height of the daystar REAR spacers? I am wondering how they compare to the revtek rear spacers.
