I checked the fuse (#19, right?) it looks fine... What are the chances it could be my multi function switch?

Mine stopped working and it was a bad fuse. Turned out the pins that hold the fuse in were bent outwards and didnt have a good tight hold on the fuse. Caused it to over heat and blow.

Bent the pins back on the fuse and all was well.

I would take the fogs out and check the grounds on them with a volt meter.

If you mean both bulbs went then now is a good time to pick up some Ultra Bite 9005 bulbs trim the ears to fit and have some real bright fog lights. I changed out back in December and the difference is night and day.  8)

Yeah I had Toshiba HIR 9011s in there, but had learned afterwards that the foglights are supposed to be dim (in order to work when they're supposed to, in the fog).

...So I just bought some Sylvania 9145s and threw them in.

I never really drive in fog but the brighter bulbs really helps at night! I just bought regulars bulbs(nothing special) and its amazing how much they help in the rain at night.
