Here's what we've gotten so far. It's been snowing for the last few days too. I'm just glad we're out of the -34C (-29F) weather. Now it's a balmy -17C (-1.3) :)

nlife, where u at? That looks like my neighbourhood!
We're in the middle of another blizzard!!! We've had about 6" of snow so far this morning. Now it's blowing a stiff wind from the NE and still snowing. The school bus kids got sent home early. Only -23C though, which is a plus. Don't know what the wind chill is, but it's blowing at least 50 km/h. There's a guy across the street trying to clear his driveway with a snowblower, and all I can see is a denser cloud of snow about where he is....
I was going to post a picture but Photobucket is doing site maintenance.......try again later...

In December we got 34 inches of snow. That is our average for Dec. January, not much snow, we got some rain and ice instead so we were below average for January..

It has been up to 40 degrees the last couple of days. But now they are saying that it will start raining after midnight. Then you Canadians are sending a cold front down here and it will turn to ice and then we're supposed to get 8 inches of snow on top of the ice when your cold front gets here. So we will be back to "Jeep Weather".

Jeez, come on down to Eastern Canada, we have had about 200cm in the last few months, although a lot went last week with a rain and ice storm, we just get replenished last night with 15cm. Lot of fun playing with the little tank on wheels, she will go through anything. Have fun out there!!

...and just when you thought it was over. We got another dump of snow last night. The vehicles were dry before it started snowing part way through the day yesterday. We currently have a heavy snow fall warning for Prince George throughout the day. Supposed to be pretty much the same amount on top of what you see here. I let my dog out this morning and he was plowing the fields. Four paw prints and a line down the middle

Pictures like those make me wish I was a kid again, get my toboggan and head for the nearest hill.....
We've been getting lots lately too. We had a blizzard on Sunday morning and now it's snowing again....the piles along my driveway are about 8' deep now, and it's getting tough to shovel the dang stuff up and over!
But it's fun stuff and I hope you're finding some way to enjoy it. :)

...here we are two days later and virtually all the snow that fell has melted away. There are HUGE puddles everywhere and pockets of slush nearly a foot deep. There are also some people stupid enough to drive around with their windows open  I near filled the cab with muddy slush while passing a couple of vehicles with their windows down. Two lanes and neither of us can avoid the slush

We're having the same weather up here. Lots of snow, now +10C = slush everywhere! Yahoo! 8) That's fun. Unless you're walking, then lookout! I was out playing in the slush with the KJ this afternoon, now it needs a bath badly. I was following a guy in a lumber yard truck and he lost half his load of 2x4s on the street ahead of me. I stopped to help him pick up the wood, and the boards were laying in 6" of slop!
