A truly beautiful animal and I'm sure well LOVED. Reminds me of my childhood my mother picked up a stray Kitten while working at Lockborn Air force base. The thing to our surprise was the kitten didn't quit growing

once our kitten went from kitten to Cat we found out our little guy was part "Bob Cat"

The Vet refused to give him his shots unless my sister and myself were there to hold him {He was a Big Boy}. To those who have shared their lives with felines you know a cat will catch a bird or mouse and bring his prize to you to express his or hers hunting prowess. But "SAM" would bring home feild rabbits

to show his family what a great hunter he was. The entire length of his life we never had to worry about collecting dog dirt out of the lawn Sam would no allow it. I remember him setting at the property line with a German Shepard on the otherside, the dog didn't cross the line ans Sam didn't spank said Dog. Once some neighbers came by on a scavenger hunt, they were a companied by their Irish Setter upon entering the house {a split level with a foyer and step going upstairs and another set going down stairs} The setter proceded to go down stairs. This did not sit well with Sam he was upstairs and as the Dog went downstairs and further ito his domaine Sam jumped onto the Dogs back sunk his claws in and rode the poor Irish Setter out of the house and out of his teritorry. It's a Cat thing if you've never been owned by a Cat you have no clue what I'm talking about.
In the words of Mark Twain never pick up a stray cat unless your ready to be owned by it. So ends today lesson.
