Personally I think it looks better without a spare. I took mine off, looking for something to plug the holes with.

I just have the stock Jeep tire cover on covering up the POS Goodyear plugged spare.... As soon as I get a better tire on there the cover will get L O S T.

In the winter I run the tire cover and in the summer I go coverless! I don't have a hard or soft top anymore so the tire cover is the next closes thing! hmmm.. CJ fever again i think!

Here's the deal I didn't use one when I rotated all 5 because the flexing of the tire's what keeps the chemical on the outside of the tire. Now I'm not going to rotate the spare so I covered it. Think it looks better uncovered though! Joe

I would only use a cover to hide the ugly stock steel rim.

redbacks?

nevermind, I googled it up. They look an awful lot like our Black Widow spiders.

Nobody has their spare on the roof? I use a cover to hide the stock rim 'cause it doesn't match the rest.

My bf made this cover for me for my Birthday two years ago. He got a plain black cover (one that would fit, as the dealer cover was too small), and had this graphic printed. He then applied it. I really love it. It is unique and no one else has it.

Image

One thing I think would be cool would be to take a blank cover, and then collect a whole bunch of bumper stickers and whatever, and then do a collage thing on it. I am guessing you would need some sort of spray to set everything so the stickers don't peel.

I like having a tire cover cause it is a cheap way to customize your vehicle and show your other interests.

I just have the standard Jeep Liberty one on mine. I only have a cover because my shirt don't match my shoes so to speak. My spare is still stock Crapyear while I am running Grabbers on the others. This is temporary by the way.

My stock "Jeep Liberty" cover is on most of the time. But when I'm going anywhere it comes off so I can put either the bike rack & bikes back there, or the beach chairs.

When I get new tires, I'll lose the stock Jeep Liberty one during DD.
