On my way into work today I took the KJ to 85MPH and man I was really suprized how it handeled. I though it would drift alot. I did not stay at 85 too long. I still need to regain the control of the new ride before I can speed again.

I too feel like that and I know what you mean about 'regaining control', mine drives great but does feel different. Just need to get use to it.

Oh yea, you will get used to it soon enough.
This morning I actuallyfelt like I had more control over it. I guess from the suspention starting to settle and me learning how to drive with the new suspention, I felt better and safer now.

I am so glad I went with the frankenlift. As FDEMS on the NE chapter calls me, FrankenZilla

LOL

Ok after 1 solid week with the new Frankenlift installed, I seem to be getting better at controlling the KJ. I am back to my old self driving habbits. Rite now it feels like it used too but higher off the ground and a little more of a softer bounce. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT WITH THE FRANKENLIFT!

I don't think the Frankenlift had anything to do with lifting your KJ.

It was the 500 lbs of mud you took off before installing the lift. That alone would make any suspension rise.

Looks great dude.

HaHa
LMAO

So true. I cary a load of mud with me at all times.

I have to take down my frint skid. It is PACKED with dry mud. I am sure I will get an extra ince of lift once that is all cleaned out.

I am using HD springs.

It seems like I gained 4 new inches.

Remember this, I have an 03 sport with 115K on it. I already had sagging issues from the stock strut tower. So I regained my 1 1/2 " back and added the 3" frankenlift II

I feel like I am driving a monster truck now. I love the new ride. It is soft and I have bounce again. I no longer feel like I am busting a kidney every time I hit a crack in the road or even a twig.

It seems like I gained 4 new inches.
