It rained last night (truck has been parked, not driving through the rain), and today I noticed when I opened the driver side door, water poured out of the bottom of the door (underneath, the area between the underside of the door and the body of the vehicle). No water appears to have made it inside, but it could have dried up by now, so I would not know. Strange

EDIT: To add, there is also a small puddle sitting on that area (the area that get's covered up when the door is closed).

I don't think you have a leak. This winter, i noticed at ice was forming between the body, the door, and the running board... so i think you are ok

Have the dealer check the seams under the roof rack side rails. My wifes had a leak into the drivers side door area and thats what it was. They sealed all the way back to the rear lift gate. Her headliner was wet and the water appeared to run down the a-pillar.

Checked the rubber gaskets going along the door, and they seem very cheap and flimsy (like they can be removed with little effort), but nothing on the inside is wet or even damp (headliner, floorboard, etc). Perhaps it's just the water that was collected in the crack on the door ran down when I opened it <shrug>.

I noticed on my rubber gasket by my front door there's a missing area on driver and passenger doors. Where the rubber ends near the hood, there's like a 1/2 inch gap where to rubber looks to be cut out...is this happening to anyone else?

I noticed that too. While looking at it, it just seems to be an incomplete (and cheap) solution. Like I said earlier, it seems very flimsy, like the slightest touch will cause it to separate from the door.

As an aside, do you guy's have pics of your KK's? I can't seem to figure out how to post a pic in the message like I see on other posts.
