KJ really bugging me

What could they possibly say to you if you are telling them that your rear window is popping open on its own? that's proof enough whether your car was listed or not...if its popping open on its own, they need to heed your concerns...that's ridiculous...recalls are recalls and your KJ is not immune.

I agree with the above post, a recall is a recall, you have the problem that the recall is for so they should fix it

my wifes ( same year as mine) didn't get the notice but they picked it up the next day after mine & performed it anyway so we wouldn't have a problem

or try another dealership

i said to them "so even though my liberty has the conditions of a defected window latch and there is a known recall for it, your not going to cover it?" he said "nope"

This dealership is usually quite good to me, but not this time

Alright i went to the chrysler canada web page and emailed them and told them how dissapointed i am with their service and how i am being refused service to fix a known recall out for my type of vehicle and why i should not have to fork out my own money for their own mistake that they know about. We will see what they say.
