Had the 6" KJ Lift installed. Be going out to 4WD Rock Krawl tomorrow and hopefully the Trail Ride at Rausch Creek on Sunday to see how I like it!

Your front differential will be in my prayers (it looks good though!)

I have a re-inforcement ring on, hope that helps. I want a front locker but out-a-dough at the moment!

NO...what? I didn't say it was going to break, but I'll be praying for it!... For the record, IIRC, the max recommended tire size for the D30a is 32". However, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous :)

That's why I only went to 32" BFG's. (and the 3.73 gears of course)

the rear control arms look like they come down lower than the stock ones....any clearance lost there?

Just driving it on the street will find out on the trail. Don't think they're any lower, but longer so clearance lost for a longer distance.

How about a pic on level ground and one next to another KJ (stock or one with a 2.5" lift).

Any closeups of that knuckle spacer thing? That scares me. Shame we can't get a fabricated knuckle assy w/ the extra length built into it.

And that ball joint on the tie rod end looks ready to pop. Needs a different joint for that extreme angle. Something like a johnny joint would be better.

or a Rubicon Express superflex joint

The front of the rear lower control arm looks like it is hanging low and a possibilty to be a catch-all when off-roading.

Good Luck on testing it out off road it looks good sitting in the field! I hope it works but I really think there are at "least" 4 major problem areas that would need to be addressed before I would run it long term. I hope at some point they will be seriously looked at.
But then people with money to burn will always go for the biggest there is no matter what it costs them in overall driveability just because "I want mine to look like that" quote
Marlin is trying things that have never been done before, and I give him Thanks for that but more needs to be done.

Are the control arms that much worse than, say, a long-arm TJ's?

That tie rod end is the same since new that pic is on Jack stands everything drooped down. As for the extended front bump stop the thing never bottoms out had it on an articulation ramp today same deal. Talked to Al Handy today he said prototype extended knukles were like 2 grand apiece who could blow 4K on a test project like that, oh sure skyjacker could but they pretend Liberties don't exist for the most part like all the other aftermarket manufacturers.
