Finally I got my the new winch Smittybilt XRC10 that replaced the old XRC8 that I used just 4 times

But there were some problems in the installation, at least problems I had

These are the pictures were the winch is already installed

The control box is just screwed in a black bracket that is also screwed in the winch body and the red plate (from the control box) is just over the winch but is not secured by nothing!!, at least this is what I understood, I hate the "instructions" that are included in the box, that book is useless

And finally these stupid brackets, I did not know where to assembly those and the manual does not indicates nothing about them

If somebody know the use of those brackets please let me know!!

I just installed my XRC8 on my Warn bumper. The two brackets are used to mount the solenoid box to the tie rods on the winch body above the spool. The two small flat pieces of metal are supposed to go under the red tabs on the bottom of the box. Then the hook straps are screwed to them and they sandwich the red tabs.

It looks like you mounted it correctly over the motor. The black bracket attaches the solenoid to the winch, nothing mounts the bottom of the box to the top of the motor.
