Well, I took the dive and ordered a OME lift from All J. It should get here by as late as Friday, which works perfectly since I am off that day and can spend a little extra time cursing as I am installing it :D *Makes mental note: Buy some beer for install*

Next will be new shoes, eta probably the following Sat...if I get OME stuffed in one day.

Sounds like fun man, make sure to get plenty of pics. If you don't mind, how much did you pay for the OME?

Oh I will be taking a ton of pics. I got it from All J for 801.18 which is the price posted on their site. I know I could have gotten it cheaper if I pieced it together but I am an Impatient over 30 Child  They have all but the coils right now but they are to arrive either today, Friday the 13th MUUUAAAHHHH, or Monday. I went with the HD on Heather recommendation and even though I do not have it installed or in my greedy little paws, I think I will like it.

I want to thank everyone for their input it helped me a ton....even if I didn't follow some of it :D

Specifically,
IncubusMike
KJ Taz
501
Sandracer
KY Liberty
and 301Medic.

FYI, they are in no special order.

OBI, if you have any questions, not that I know what I am talking about...yet :D I have no prob answering.

It should be between 2 and 2 1/2. I am not sure and have heard it varies which still puzzles me. If I remember correctly, when I last measured my KJ it was at 31" to the fender but I know that you should not measure to that. I also know that I do have a fair amount of sag in my OEM that is on there right now. I guess in an ideal world it will be about....3" from what i have right now. Sound right?

Awesome choice Xodius. You will love it. You should be right in the 3" gain range. Maybe more  I know Tommud sits as high as a Frankenlifted KJ he compared it to. He has some extras on his but you should be close.

Cool sounds good. I can hardly wait ot hit the trails with it all on.

On a side note...how much does it cost to get a front end alignment? I know I should get one once the lift is on. It has been a long time since I have had one done...in fact I am not sure if I ever had one on this KJ, lol.
