I know every jeep lifted is a little different, but for the most part are Al's arms needed for a 1.5-2.0 inch OME lift?

I don't run them on my 05 with a Frankenift and haven't had a single issue yet, but they are a great product and help out with alignment and have greasable joints and what not and help with clearance. I want some but a rear locker is coming first.

Depends on what kind of wheeling you do. Might as well get it over with now, your UBJs will thank you.

Nope don't need them, I ran my OME Heavy Duty lift for over 65000 with no problems at all, replaced them with Als cause I got a deal and went for it, otherwise I would still be on my originals which by the way are still tight with 105,000 miles
